ORGANIC SLOW FOOD PRESIDIO MAREMMANA BREED MEAT
Our farm’s pride is our Maremmana breed veal production. Our veals are processed between their 18 and 24 month of life. The meat undergoes at least 15 days of dry aging for a tender, juicy and tasty product. Our extensive breeding system allow our animals to pasture and develop a more flavourful meat due to the diverse feeding and healthier lifestyle.
